How to setup your WidenPay Account Settings
In this tutorial, we will guide you through
configuring your account settings in your WidenPay account, including your
profile information and preferred language.

which covers the complete setup of the product.
Let’s begin!
1. If you already have an account, open
your internet browser and go to the WidenPay website: https://widenpay.com/
2. On the login screen, click on "Sign
in with Intuit" [see fig 1.0].

3. You will be redirected to the QuickBooks
login screen. Sign into your QuickBooks account as usual. You can use your
Gmail account or another account by entering your Email or User ID and
Password. Once completed, click on the "Sign in" button [see fig 1.1].

Note: the following:
You may be asked if you want WidenPay to use information from your profile
When you select Allow, Intuit will allow WidenPay to access your information,
including your profile information, your email, your phone number, and your
address.If this is your first time accessing your WidenPay account, you may be
asked to connect to QuickBooks.

4. Once logged in, go to the top-right
corner of the menu bar, click on the drop-down menu next to your name, and
select "Edit Profile" [see fig 1.2].
Alternatively, from the main menu bar,
click on "Account Settings" to open the Edit Profile screen.

5. Under the Account Settings section,
enter the following information [see fig 1.3]:

- Family Name
- Given Name
- Phone Number
- Preferred Language
Note: The Email Address is automatically
populated when the account credentials are created.
Click on the button to proceed to the
Company Settings. You can also access this section by clicking on the
"Company Settings" tab in the main menu.
